In the event of any issues that buyers and sellers cannot resolve themselves, our staff will communicate with both parties to review the details of the problem and work towards a resolution.

We have administrators who are also bikers themselves monitoring all sign-ups, listings, and interactions. Since we all know the gear, we can see red flags from a mile away. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to eliminate scammers and dishonest sellers.

The benefits of MX Locker Protection

MX Locker works hard for both our buyers and sellers to eliminate fraud and protect users. MX Locker will work with you and the seller to reach an agreeable resolution.

Buyer places an order.

Payment is stored in escrow with MX Locker, and appears under “pending” on your MX Locker balance.

Seller ships item.

Sellers are required to ship within 3 business days. Once the item is delivered, buyers can confirm delivery or the order will complete automatically after 48 hours.

Get paid.

Funds will move from “pending” to “available”. You can cash out your funds, or use them towards items on MX Locker.

Return Terms & Conditions

You are protected every time you make a purchase directly through MX Locker. We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or does not match the listing description.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 48 hours after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem on the MX Locker app or website.

If no claim is made within 48 hours of delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided, except for items protected with MX Locker Return Assurance.
