1995 Kawasaki KX 250 - Completely restored back to original. This was my restauration project over the past 18 months and I took the entire bike apart and rebuilt it from the frame up. Rides again like back in 1995 and ready to race. Motor: complete rebuilt with images to prove. New OEM bearings in the bottom end, cylinder sleeved, new Wiseco piston. All new seals and new water pump. New OEM ignition coil and plug. Carburetor: complete rebuild with new, gaskets, jets, needle, and even jet block. Intake & Exhaust: upgraded to Boyesen Rad Valve, Pro Circuit silencer Suspension: Rebuild entire suspension with new bushings and seals on forks and shock. All bearings replaced for linkage, swing arm, wheels and shock. New steering stem bearing. Plastics/seat: New plastics all around with correct 1995 EVO MX graphics and new seat cover for model year. Brakes and controls: new rotor in the back, new pads around, rebuilt master cylinder front and back. Drivetrain: New sprockets and chain Frame: stripped and powder coated Cons: OEM pipe looks pretty rough, but can add brand new FMF platinum pipe for additional cost.
