How do I view my recent purchase?

You are able to view all of your recent purchases via the “Purchases” tab on your MX Locker account.
How long does a Seller have to ship my order?
We ask sellers to ship within 3 business days. If you are experiencing a delay, please reach out to your seller directly or ask us to step in. If the item is not shipped within 7 business days, your order will automatically be canceled and refunded.

What happens if my item never ships?

If your order is not processed within the time period allowed, you will be offered the opportunity to upgrade your item to another of similar value. If you do not wish to upgrade your item, your order will be fully refunded.
Is trading allowed on MX Locker?

If a user asks you to trade on MX Locker, we do not recommend it. MX Locker is not responsible for protecting such transactions. You may not receive what was promised during the trade, and in such cases, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Our ability to keep the marketplace safe for all users depends on the adherence of all users to our policies. We recommend keeping all transactions within MX Locker.
Can I meet up with my Seller in person to receive my order?

After the transaction occurs through the platform, we will allow both parties to meet in person to exchange the item if mutually arranged. If you are meeting in person, please contact MX Locker support to provide proof that the item was delivered to the rightful purchaser and funds can be released to the seller.
How do I avoid being scammed?

Double-check deals that seem too good to be true, don’t give out personal information, review the Seller’s rating on their profile. If a user attempts to negotiate outside of MX Locker, these deals usually lead to fraud and scams, and are not protected by MX Locker.
Can I cancel or modify my order after I have placed it?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact MX Locker customer service as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
Does MX Locker offer international shipping?

Yes, however, international shipping is determined by the sellers on our platform. Each seller sets their own shipping rates and determines which countries they are willing to ship to.
What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you may be able to sign up for a notification when it becomes available again. MX Locker may also offer alternative products that are similar to the item you wanted to purchase.
