250cc liquid cooled 2 STROKE ENGINES

Designed for complete top end rebuilds and to restore your TRX250R OR ATC250R engine using the original type fasteners.

From stock to high performance, expect these fasteners to out perform your originals 100%.

We have you covered on these from top to bottom. Guaranteed fit and finish!

You wont need another nut or bolt for your engine's top end.

Comes organized in a clear 6 compartment locking poly box

You Get all the Top End Fasteners!

6-M8 Tall Chrome Cylinder Head Nuts. These Flange Cap Nuts are hard to find and expensive when you do. Taller than the OEM 90443-107-00 nuts.
Perfect for std. or longer aftermarket studs.

6-M8 Thick copper sealing washers. Perfect for OEM applications using a std. head gasket. or for O-ring head applications.

1-M6x10 Coolant plug with 1-M6 copper sealing washer. Replace 90037-360-000 & 90543-273-000

4-M10 Flange Nuts (non serrated) perfect for mounting your cylinder. Replace 94050-10000

6-M6x20 Reed Valve intake bolts 8mm reduced head flange type. Replace 96300-06022-00 with these 8mm head bolts to match the rest of your engine.
You can request the 10mm head flange bolts if you prefer more OEM look.

3-M6x18 Exhaust Bolts. Replace 96001-06018-00

These Heat Treated fasteners are the same style as your original bolts that came on your TRX250R engine from the factory with the same head style and strength ratings that meet or exceed the factory specs.

All bolts heat treated for strength and zinc plated to look great, resist corrosion, and last the life of your ATV.

-What if I want to customize my kit or request one for a different engine?-

Not a problem...If you have any special needs or want to request certain sizes just send me an email.

-Does Specbolt have lower end kits available too?-

We do sell a complete top and bottom end kit for these engines.
