Domestic Shipping

• Free Shipping offer is good for any of the 50 states including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, and any US territory.
• Orders paid by 3:00 PM PC Monday-Friday ship same day.
• We use USPS. we will upload your tracking number to MX Locker and you will be able to track your package in your MX Locker.

International Shipping

International orders are gladly accepted.

• If MX Locker offers their "MX Locker Global Shipping" to your country, we recommend choosing that service. Its fast, inexpensive, and guaranteed by MX Locker.
• Delivery service is provided by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS at MX Locker's discretion.
• MX Locker global shipping always includes your taxes and duties. Otherwise these may be due on your receipt of your shipment.
• Of course you can always choose to have us ship it using USPS. Specbolt is not responsible for taxes and duties which may be due on your shipment.
• Please note that all prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from invoice date. Please contact us first to let us know of any problem. We will then try to resolve the issue with quickly and efficiently.

Non-Defective Returns

For non-defective merchandise, item must be returned in new condition, un-used and with original packaging. All packaging must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Defective Returns

Any item determined to be defective or not as described can be returned for refund or store credit, your choice. Return shipping at our expense and full refund of purchase price.

Warranties

All Specbolt items are new in box unless listed otherwise. All Specbolt warranties are stated within the listing when available.

In the unlikely event you need to make a warranty claim, we will take care of this for you. Specbolt will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material.

Risk of Loss

When customer places an order, the order will be shipped to the address designated by the customer as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this listing. As a result, risk of loss for items purchased from Specbolt pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Sales Tax

We are required by state law to remit sales tax. Specbolt collects sales tax in the state of California only.

Most fitment information is provided as a guide and believed to be accurate and the most current information we have. Fitments are listed at the top of the listing page and/or listed within the item description. Item may or may not fit additional vehicles. Most kits will fit multiple models and we cant possibly guarantee that every single fastener you need for your specific model will be included. Please send us a message and check first if there is any doubt. We are happy to look up your bike and usually add these items in at no charge.
