THESE HAVE TIRE BALLS INSTALLED. THIS IS A RUN FLAT SYSTEM OF INFLATABLE RUBBER INSERTS INSIDE THE TIRES THAT ARE DESIGNED TO ALLOW THE TIRE TO MAINTAIN SHAPE EVEN IF TIRE HAS A PUNCTURE. (NEW TIRE BALLS FOR THIS SET UP WOULD BE $312 PER TIRE RETAIL FROM THEIR SITE).
