We have put together a racing package for the new king of the quad racing world, the mighty YFZ450R. Dyno tested and used by our team to holeshot and podium multiple classes at national events. This base price includes the following:

LABOR:

• Tearing down and splitting cases of your TRX450R engine.
• Inspecting all parts
• Cleaning all parts
• Checking all bearings
• Vapor blasting complete engine
• Resurfacing cylinder (gasket surface)
• Resurfacing Head (gasket surface)
• Polishing cam journals if needed
• Polishing cams
• Shimming valves
• Performance Valve Job

Once I have determined IF your engine needs anything else you will be contacted with a quote for parts. Specialized parts will be quoted as needed. SHIPPING:

Buyer is responsible for shipping cost, including return shipping. You can expect to pay $50-60 east coast, $70-80 west coast to ship your engine to me (these are one way cost). I do not recommend shipping your engine in a cardboard box. Go spend $45  and buy a 60 quart Igloo cooler on wheels from Wal-Mart.  Set your engine in the cooler and screwed shut. This will provide safe transport for your engine. I have included a photo of a packaged engine for your reference.

TURN AROUND TIME:

Build time will be based on the amount of damage / parts needed for your engine. Some specialized parts may take longer to receive. Or if you want a used part (such as an engine case) I will need time to hunt it down. I do believe in prompt service and excellent communication.
