Tearing down and splitting cases of your YFZ450R or 450X engine.
Inspecting all parts
Cleaning all parts
Checking all bearings
Complete engine gasket set (standard bore only)
Complete engine seal set
New HOTRODS crank
New clutch kit
Resurfacing cylinder (gasket surface)
Resurfacing Head (gasket surface)
Polishing cam journals if needed
Shimming valves
New valve seals
New timing chain
New Piston - compression of your choice up to 13:1 (standard bore only)
New spark plug
New oil filter

Once I have determined IF your engine needs anything else you will be contacted with a quote for parts. Specialized parts will be quoted as needed. SHIPPING:

Buyer is responsible for shipping cost, including return shipping. You can expect to pay $50-60 east coast, $70-80 west coast to ship your engine to me (these are one way cost). I do not recommend shipping your engine in a cardboard box. Go spend $25 and buy a 60 quart Igloo cooler on wheels from Wal-Mart.  Set your engine in the cooler and screwed shut. This will provide safe transport for your engine. I have included a photo of a packaged engine for your reference.

TURN AROUND TIME:

Build time will be based on the amount of damage / parts needed for your engine. Some specialized parts may take longer to receive. Or if you want a used part (such as an engine case) I will need time to hunt it down. I do believe in prompt service and excellent communication.
